Adblock Plus can do even more than block ads!
Adblock Plus is a great extension to surf the internet without ads. But there is a lot more it can be used for, depending on the filter list you subscribe to, many other annoyances can be removed as well. All you need to do is subscribe to the necessary filter-lists by clicking on “Options”, “Filter lists” and adding the respective URL into the “Subscribe to a Firefox Adblock Plus filter list:” field.
By subscribing to the Malware Protection List, Adblock Plus will block all know malware domains protecting your computer from hazardous code on websites.
